[JW Lua] FCStaffSystem:CalcBottomStaff is also affected on a hidden bottom staff

FCStaffSystem:CalcBottomStaff also returns the wrong staff, if the 
lowest staff is a "collapse" staff.
Probably because it relies on FCSystemStaves.
