[JW Lua] JWLua beta 0.53

Jari,
I finally got around to loading the latest. I no longer get the message that
the SciLexer.dll isn't found. My problem now is that JWLua doesn't come up
at all. JWLua appears in the Plugin menu but it doesn't expand to show the
JWLua... environment link. It happens on both my Win 7 and Win 10 computers.
I just loaded Finale 25.4 on both. I'll keep playing around to see what's
wrong.
