Pat,

Check that you have these 2 system DLLs installed (in your Windows 
\Windows\System32 folder for Windows 10. And yes, it's confusing that 
\System32 contains the 64-bit DLLs.)
MSVCR120.dll
MSVCP120.dll

If not, download them from Microsoft's official install link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=40784

If this solved your issues: I was "forced" to change how my plug-ins are 
linked (to rely on runtime DLLs), since apparently Finale 25 crashes 
otherwise if the user has too many plug-ins are installed.
