[JW Lua] Fixes/changes between v0.43 and v0.46

Hello All!

When looking in my bug database, it seems like these fixes never were 
reported as fixed/changed between v0.43-v0.46:

- Problems with FirstSyllableAlignment and StartSystemSyllableAlignment 
in finale.FCLyricsPrefs() has been corrected
- Tabbed control support added to Lua dialogs
- Redesigned the loading of FCLyricsPrefs, FCMultiMeasureRestPrefs, 
FCStaffNamePositionPrefs, FCGroupNamePositionPrefs,
FCPartScopePrefs
- ForEachInteger has been speed optimized
- Optimized performance when adding large number of items on all 
__FCCollection-based classes
- Fixed crash when calling ForEachRegionObjectSaved with unsupported 
class IDs
- Added progress bar support for ForEachInteger
- Fixed issue in the editor, when the newly saved Lua file didn't update 
in the popup on the Mac
- Fixed issue where RegisterHandleUpDownPressed didn't work
- FCCtrlDataList now supports deletion of rows
- All Staff Setup dialog box (in Staff Styles/Attributes) settings 
should now be supported.
