[JW Lua] FCTextExpressionDef:SetPlaybackVelocity missing

Jari,

could you please add support addressing velocity type in the playback 
section of the expression designer.
When importing documents via MusicXML that were not created with Finale, 
very often the key velocity of the dynamics is missing in the MusicXML 
code, so that the imported dynamics don't affect the playback anymore.
A simple script that copies the key velocity from the default dynamics 
expressions to the imported MusicXML dynamics could solve this.

BTW, the other playback parameters of that section not supported either 
by JW Lua, except for tempo and CC.
