[JW Lua] FCCellPos returns wrong values when TransposeUseClef is set

Jari,

FCCellPos returns the wrong clef index if a measure has a staff style 
that uses an explicit clef.
I.e. if FCCurrentStaffSpec.TransposeUseClef is set to true, then the 
clef index would be FCCurrentStaffSpec.TransposeClefIndex and not 
FCCellPos:CalcClefIndex().
