[JW Lua] Baselines

Hello All

In September, we talked about the possibility of creating baselines with 
the "Assure ..." functions.
But the functions "AssureSavedLyricNumberForPiece" and 
"AssureSavedStaffForPiece"
seem to not work when the baseline does not exist.
They do create a new baseline, but not in conformity.
I think "GlobalScope" should be set to true and not false.
Unfortunately, I can't find a workaround.
