[JW Lua] Repeat Brackets Hide Mysteriously

Thanks, Chris, but that didn't solve it.
RepeatBracketFlag was already set - that's why it was visible before.
If you set RepeatBracketFlag to false, then the repeat bracket will not 
be visible at all.
In my case the bracket is visible, but it becomes a "hidden" element 
(where "Show" is not checked).
RepeatBracketFlag is also valid for the whole measure stack, not for a 
single staff (so it can't be any flag of FCMeasure).
