[JW Lua] UpDown control on MAC

Hello All

Did anyone use Up/Down control (FCCtrlUpDown) on MAC (with 
ConnectIntegerEdit -> FCCtrlEdit).
Users have sent me initialization problems.
If we start by clicking on the down arrow, the first time, the "delta" 
variable (HandleUpDownPressed ) is equal to 59.

I have noticed that the value of the Up/Down control does not change.
We can define a range (min, max) for this control (on windows min and 
max seem reversed)
There is also a 2nd range in ConnectIntegerEdit .

But it works on Windows.
