[JW Lua] RGP Lua Suggestions

The problem with using actual ties for l.v. ties is that they are too
sensitive to changes in the spacing. I used beat-attached slurs in my
plugins. I think this would be possible in a Lua script as well, especially
now that I have made all the FCTiePrefs fully accessible.
