[JW Lua] Assure Baseline for Piece routines

Has anyone used FCBaselines::AssureSavedLyricNumberForPiece or
FCBaselines::AssureSavedStaffForPiece? They appear to be only partially
functional. That is, unless the record is already saved (and hence, already
in the collection), they appear to return a baseline record for the system
rather than the piece. Can anyone confirm this?

I am implementing a fix for the next release of RGP Lua.
