[JW Lua] Enhanced Sample C Library

I spent the morning enhancing the Sample C Library to demonstrate how to
pass instances of Finale classes from Lua to C++ or C++ to Lua, as well as
to inspect and modify them. I'm not sure how useful our community will find
it to be, but it was an interesting challenge.
