[JW Lua] RGP Lua 0.62

RGP Lua 0.62 is now released. The big improvements are:

1. The ability to configure multiple menu options per script in the
plugindef function.
2. Full access to FCTieMod.

It includes a number of other smaller improvements as well. These are
listed in the version history

Also released is a new version of the Class Browser script that is *much*
faster to read the jwluatfile.xml file. This was a suggestion from Artem
Roschenko on this list. Artem, if you are okay, please post here or to
Facebook. I am very concerned about you.
