[JW Lua] JWLua Menu plugin

The Script Installation instructions on FinaleLua have always been confusing (IMHO).
I propose a simpler solution as attached, recommending only RGP with system-specific details (this is obviously the Mac one). (Can’t remember how to go in and edit a Documentation page on the website).
