[JW Lua] 1. FCCtrlDataList (Robert Patterson)

The only scripts in the REPO using CreateDataList seem to be my two “cue_notes” scripts, to incorporate checkbox list selection. These are still working fine on 0.70, including an update to  “cue_notes_overlay.lua” (not yet PR’d) using AllowsMultipleSelection. 

But I’m working on an upgrade to “hotkey_script_palettes.lua” to access the double-click in 0.70. At first I replaced ListBox with DataList but this caused a weird error (linked to UI event ordering?) that I still can’t trace. Reverted to ListBox but the problem persists - whenever DoubleClick detection is used.
