[JW Lua] RGPLua 0.76

Hello everyone.

I decided to issue yet another release of RGP Lua. The main reason is that
I wanted to make it possible to use RGP Lua to create .musx versions of
older .mus files in a batch Lua script. The .musx format potentially may
have archival value beyond Finale's final end of life, but .mus almost
certainly does not.

In v0.75 I added the ability for Lua scripts directly to open, close, and
save finale documents. But due to a quirk in how FCDocument::Save worked,
it was not possible to save a document opened from a .mus file. Version
0.76 adds an option file path to the Save() call, and this allows the .musx
to be saved.

Since I was going to do another release anyway, I implemented my list of
bug fixes that I knew about.
