    when doing a copy&paste in the JW Lua code text area <br>

    with special characters that are displayed in the code <br>

    in hexadecimal form ("xF9" etc.), they will be pasted as illegal

    characters.<br>

    This is non-critical for author names, <br>

    but critical if it's for example within pattern-machting <br>

    with an articulation character which has a byte code above 127.<br>

    <br>

    Workaround: use byte, instead of character.<br>
