I noticed that a few FCMeasureNumberRegion Get/Set-functions are
not available in JW Lua, but in your framework.<br>
That is GetBase(), GetStartChar(), GetCountFromOne(), GetNoZero(),
GetDoubleUp().<br>
It came up when I was writing an IsIdenticalTo-function for measure
number regions.<br>
Apart from that I have not used them yet.<br>
