However there was one feature that didn't make it. That feature allowed you to alter a tempo by a percentage INDEPENDENTLY of a set tempo. The MIDI tool lets you alter a tempo by percentage, but your score must have a tempo already set. Setting a tempo overrides the tempo set with the playback tool. The old Tempo Tool % setting wasn't dependent on an existing set tempo and would alter the playback tempo relative to what was set in the playback tool.
