on the Finale mailing list there has been recently the suggestion
for a 0.625 / 2 time signature if you want to have a 5/16 time sig
with only one beaming group. Weird idea ... but it works.<br>

Unfortunately JW Lua does not recognize it yet.<br>
FCTimeSignature:MakeString returns 0/2 in this case. It seems to not
support decimals.<br>
