[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Meter and Rhythm v1.03

Hello!

"JW Meter & Rhythm" version 1.03 is now available for download from the 
tips site. New in this version:

* Fixes a bug where measures with whole note entries couldn't be doubled.

* "Rhythm Transformation/Rests->Merge Adjacent Rests" now prioritizes 
the time signature divisions.

* Changes to the transform rests according to time signature feature, 
which now have a "Allow Half Measure Rests" option.

* "Rhythm Transformation/Rests->Format Compound Rests" now replaces the 
old compound rest style. The new style has 3 separate fields to control 
the rest appearance in compound time signatures.
