[JWplugins] Name question: Messa di voce

Hi Jari,

I'm afraid I wouldn't have known what the plugin was for based on that name. How about 'Hairpin swell'? Does this plugin need to be confined to single, long notes? I'm assuming it's measure-based, so couldn't it be a crescendo-decrescendo for an entire measure? That'd be very handy, too. BTW, we used to call that particular pair of hairpins 'two alligators kissing'.
