[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Chord Manager v1.06

Hello!

1.06 of "JW Chord Manager" is now available for download. New in this 
version:
* If an octave is added, frozen accidental states (including accidental 
parentheses) from the original note are now copied to the destination note)
* If a note is added to the chord, the tied state of the original note 
is now copied
* Added checkbox to selectively space music after processing (defaults 
to ON)
* Linked parts are now respaced as well, but only if the part is a part 
of the selected staves.
