[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Navigate 1.07

Hello!

Version 1.07 of "JW Navigate" is now available for download. New in this 
version:
* Bug fix: If a rehearsal mark includes text as well as an 
auto-generated mark, it is now found correctly.
* Text navigation now works with custom smart lines as well. Left start 
and right end texts of a custom smart shape can be navigated.
* If there are multiple regions, the defined/printed measure number is 
now preceded by the region number (and no quotes).
* If there is only one measure number region in the doc and that region 
is identical to the physical measure numbering, no defined/printed 
measure number is displayed.
  * Old-fashion (non-automatic) rehearsal marks are now supported as 
well, as long as they are included in the default Rehearsal Marks category.
