[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Meter and Rhythm v1.02

Hello!

Version 1.02 of "JW Meter and Rhythm"  is now available for download. 
This update includes:

* Fixes error messages that aren't related to the current user settings 
(which could display after a settings change).

*  A "Rests" task in the "Rhythm Transformation" container, which 
contains 4 different modes: "Transform According to Signature", "Replace 
All-rest Tuplets", "Split Compound Rests (to 2+1)", "Merge Adjacent 
Rests". (These tasks can all be used in partial measure selections as well.)
