[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Explode Layers 1.05

Hello!

Version 1.05 of "JW Explode Layers" is now available for download. It 
includes the following updates:
* Slurs and other note-attached smart shapes are exploded to other layers
* Partial measures can be exploded
* Option (set in JW Plug-in Tool) to vertically center rests after explosion
