[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Navigate v1.08

Hello!

Version 1.08 of "JW Navigate" is now available for download. New in this 
update:

* Added "Any Measure Number" mode where user can browse 
backwards/forward one measure at a time (both in Scroll view and Page 
view). The view will be changed only if the measure isn't on screen.
* If a specific rehearsal figure isn't matched, the case-insensitive 
match is tried instead. (Example: typing 'e' as rehearsal figure will 
find 'E' if no 'e' exists.)
