[JWplugins] Numbered measure sequence feature set

Why not follow the wording used in the Measure Number dialog box:

    Show on every ___ measures beginning at measure ___

Also, I always number the last repeated bar regardless of whether it fits
the "every x measures" pattern. Would it be possible to incorporate that as
an option?

It is consistent with technical writing in English to say "Appear starting
in the [n]th measure."
