[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Meter and Rhythm v1.10

Hello Jari,

I was wondering how far you are with the PI for numbering repeated measures. I need to get a big assignment out the door and Finale's existing PI doesn't work on parts (only). BTW, a million thanks for all your other indispensable PIs!
