[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Pattern v1.04

Hello!

"JW Pattern", version 1.04 is now available for download. New in this 
update is a "Sequences" container that contains a "Numbered Measure" 
task (to create numbered measure sequences) and a "Delete Numbers" task 
(that removes the numbers added by the plug-in).

The positioning and font of the numbers is controlled by the selected 
category. The appearance of the is controlled Number Profiles, 
containing different numbering styles, formatting and so on.

Please note that I've hidden the "Always at start of system" and "Always 
at end of system" options for this release. Those options will appear in 
a later version.
