[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Pattern v1.06

Hello!

"JW Pattern" version 1.06 is now available for download. This update 
contains many improvement regarding number patterns. Fixed and added in 
this version:

* "Numbered Steps" task added to the "Sequences" container (beat in 
measure, after final/double barlines, group of measures modes available).
* Numerous fixes, improvements and simplifications to number settings 
profiles editing. (Among these, the "skips" popup has been removed.)
* Number preview added to the number settings profiles dialog box.
* Bugs related to the "Max" value font formatting now fixed.
* If a numbering pattern is restarted, the earlier last measure will now 
get a number if the "end of region" setting is ON.
* User settings for the "Numbered Measures" tasks are now saved to disk.
* "Always at start/end of system" options added to the number settings 
profile.
* Windowshade support added (through JW Plug-in Tool).
* Memory leaks fixed.
