[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Meter and Rhythm 1.12

Hello!

Version 1.12 of "JW meter & Rhythm" is now available for download. Fixed 
and added in this version:

* "Set" in the "Measure Groups" container was renamed to "Set Time 
Signature"
* Composite time signatures are now supported in Measure Groups->Set 
Time Signature
* Composite time signatures can be used as beaming pattern in Measure 
Groups->Set Time Signature
* Fixed a couple of UI things in Measure Groups->Set Time Signature
* Option to rebeam existing notes added in Measure Groups->Set Time 
Signature
* Improved error checking in Measure Groups->Set Time Signature
* Fixed a bug on Windows, where message boxes never got displayed
