[JWplugins] glissandi

I also notice that if you have a glissando from chord to chord (ie: as 
in harp and piano writing), the "Modify-shift-glissandos" TGTools plugin 
doesn't modify the glissando end-points to take into consideration any 
"shifted" accidentals.
I'd like a way of having glissando endpoints moved so that the angles of 
the lines (I prefer straight lnes for glissandi) do not change in 
relation to each other.
