[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Measure Numbers 1.05

Hello!

Version 1.05 of "JW Measure Numbers" is now available with the following 
2 fixes:

* New measure number regions can now be created in "region holes". The 
default settings will be used for such regions (no inheritance of 
existing regions).
* Memory leaks fixed
