[JWplugins] Cautionary plug-in feature set

Hello!

Here's the feature set that I'm now aiming for (see attached screen 
shot) regarding cautionary accidentals.

I'll deal with unison accidentals in layers and ties over system breaks 
at a later stage. (Both these tasks have the same limitations in Finale 
regarding score/linked parts.)
