[JWplugins] The finaletips.nu site and AT&T

Hello!

Related to a previous discussion here last week about my sites 
finaletips.nu and jwmusic.nu, it seems like there might be a current 
issue with these sites and the AT&T as Internet Service Provider in the 
US. A couple of more users have complained about not being able to 
access the sites during the past week, and it seems like all of them are 
on AT&T. The sites themselves are up and running fine.
