[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Validate BETA v0.12

Hello!

"JW Validate" beta version 0.12 is now available for download (this is a 
Finale 2012-only plug-in) from the "Beta Versions" download area. New in 
this update:

* New scan: Remark if part is set to Concert Pitch
* New scan: Remark if Score is not set to Concert Pitch
* New scan: Warning if Left barline mismatches previous measure's barline.
* New scan: Alert if part name contains any of the characters '\', ':' 
or '/'
* New scan: Remark if Beat-Chart Spacing is not used for measure.
* New scans: Error/alert/warning for different types of beat chart 
mismatches compared to the note entries
* Accidental scans now only process note entries which aren't hidden by 
a staff style and not using percussion or tablature
* New scan: Remark if there are short measure-attached text blocks
* Auto-fix implemented for different System resize compared to page format
* Auto-fix implemented for Tie to different pitch error (auto-fix 
removes tie)
