[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Pattern v1.07

Hello!

"JW Pattern" version 1.07 is now available for download from the tips site.
This update contains the "Two-state Pattern" task, as a tribute to the 
first performance of "The Rite of Spring" exactly 100 years ago today. 
It's a tool that I've used myself for many years to layout uneven rhythm 
patterns, which is now bundled with JW Pattern. See the earlier video 
announcement for a demo of this feature.
