[JWplugins] Finale 2014 and JW Grace Note Slash

Hello!

"JW Grace Note Slash" doesn't work with Finale 2014 at the moment. Don't 
run it on Finale 2014.

Actually, none of my shape-related (as in shape designer) plug-ins work 
with Finale 2014, but I believe JW Grace Note Slash is the only one such 
plug-in that I released publicly. I'm letting you know when I have 
resolved the issue.
