[JWplugins] Create Harp Gliss script in JW Lua beta

Hello!

Michel R. E. asked for a way to automatically make harp glissandi from 
7-tuplets. Since JW Lua is now gradually getting better for "consumer 
use", I thought this would be a good time to make a script for it and to 
a tutorial on how to set up and use the script in the JW Lua beta 
plug-in. If you do lots of harp writing, take a look:
