[JWplugins] JW plugins only working on single measures

Carl (and the rest of the JW plug-in list members),

Thanks for the report. I'll look into these bugs. My plan is to put the 
"JW Pattern Copy" and "JW Rhythm Copy" in the "JW Pattern" plug-in. When 
I do that, I'll also make sure that these issues are fixed.
