Thanks Michel!

Finale 2012 or earlier was the problem here. The Carbon versions of 
Finale doesn't handle the keyboard access features of Cocoa very 
gracefully. I'll not put any keyboard shortcuts for the plug-ins when 
running on Finale 2012 or earlier in the future plug-in builds.
