[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Measure Numbers 1.06

Hello!

JW Measure Numbers, version 1.06 is now available for download. For Mac 
users, this is a mandatory update if you're using any recent version of 
OSX or Finale.

New/fixed in this version:

* Fixed UI issue for the "Regions/Offset Location" task
* Built for Cocoa on the Mac (requires OSX 10.7 or later)
* Much smaller executable file size on Windows.
