[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Yada Yada Tremolo v1.11

Hello All!

Version 1.11 of JW Yada Tremolo is now available for download from the 
tips site. It includes the following fixes/changes:

* Fixed a bug where percussion staves with multiple notes ("chords") 
were incorrectly handled

* Fixed a bug where forced hidden staves where handled incorrectly.

* Mac version is now a Cocoa plug-in
