[JWplugins] And another request for Copy Layout

Hi Jari,

another feature that I would love to see in Copy Part Layout, is copying 
adjustments of rehearsal mark and tempo mark expressions. In my 
documents they are normally to be moved to the same position as in the 
source part. Although there are very few exceptions to this rule, i.e. 
if there is a collision, it's usually it's the same position in all 
copyable parts for all "global" expressions.
