[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Instrument Change, v1.05

Hello All!

JW Instrument Change, version 1.05 is now available for download on 
Windows and Mac. For Mac users, this is also a mandatory update (for 
stability reasons) if you're using any recent version of OSX or Finale.

New/fixed in this version:
* User message when the plug-in didn't result in any processing
* Category names with Unicode characters now displays correctly
* Prefix and Suffix names now supports text with Unicode characters
* Built for Cocoa on the Mac (requires OSX 10.7 or later)
* Much smaller executable file size on Windows.
