[JWplugins] JW Staff Polyphony v1.13

Hello all!

JW Staff Polyphony v1.13 is now available for download. I've only made 
this update for Finale 25/64-bit, since the changes are minor for older 
Finale versions. Changed/fixed stuff:
* Fixed percussion support on Finale 25
* Fixed a bug on the Mac, where layer list could sometimes have 
duplicate items
* Some UI enhancements on Windows
* Fixed bug when running on Finale 25/Windows, where the user settings 
weren't saved/loaded correctly
