[JWplugins] JW Pattern v1.11

Hello All!

JW Pattern version 1.11 is now available for download. Changed/added in 
this version:

* When running on Finale 25 or later, dashed slurs will now be created 
(rather than the old dashed curves)
* Added a style option for numbered sequences to only display the max at 
the start of the sequence, such as "1 (5), 2, 3, 4, 5"
* Added a few formatting options for numbered sequences to display the 
max value with a dash in front, such as "1 (-5), 2, 3, 4, 5"
* Now warns when adding numbered sequence if there is a staff style in 
the region that will hide expressions
* Removed some default categories that doesn't make sense (Dynamics, 
Playing Techniques, Expressive Text) from the category list for numbered 
sequences
