[JW Lua] ReadOnly dialog ?

The ReadOnly functionality and some other things haven't been 
implemented yet, but are planned. Apparently, I hoped to include it in 
beta 0.11 which didn't happen. I've now changed the Wiki, so it says 
"FUTURE_VERSION" until it gets implemented.
