[JW Lua] Repeat 4 measures

Hello all

This script (attached) creates a graphism for 4-bar repeats
He draws the repeat sign in shape and adds a smartline.
We must add a "Blank" staffstyle because it's not possible to create one 
now.
(Jari, when you can)

Any suggestions would be welcome
